Do you have problems with ground wasps? The Marin/Sonoma Mosquito & Vector Control District will come out for free and treat the nest for you. The service request form can be found HERE, or call 800-231-3236 to set up an appointment. 

This is a great service and the technicians will often show up the next day. You don’t even have to be home. Just follow directions ahead of time, stake a clearly marked flag near the nest, and tell them exactly where to find the marked nest on your property. The District is in Cotati so they usually like to hit the Valley early in the morning.
